What began as a request to review a small change in the onboarding flow quickly evolved into a high-impact, cross-functional study spanning the entire user journey from unboxing and physical setup to the moment of first use.
By applying my Consult, Conduct, Communicate framework, I uncovered overlooked frictions, aligned previously siloed teams, and delivered insights that shaped not just onboarding UX, but packaging, hardware design, and communication strategy.
